DataprotectionGeneration, processing and utilisation of personal data
Personal data is information that may be used to reveal your identity. It includes information such as e.g. your name, address, postal address, and email. We only generate, process, and use your personal data if you provide it to us during the registration required to carry out your first order and future orders. Newsletter consent, voluntary additional data, and revocation We will process and use your email address only for information regarding bellybutton products similar to your order if you have consented thereto on our website as follows: "Yes, I wish to subscribe to the bellybutton newsletter" Under the condition that you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will also process and use your voluntary additional information relating to your pregnancy and the gender of your children in order to send you bellybutton product recommendations tailored to your personal needs based on such additional information. By placing an order with bellybutton, you consent to the transmission of personal data (name, address, date of birth) for creditworthiness checks to Infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden-Baden and INFORMA Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Freiburger Str. 7, 75179 Pforzheim („credit enquiry agencies“), from whom we obtain information and credit worthiness data based on mathematical statistical procedures (Score value). The information and creditworthiness data thus obtained are saved by us for a term of no more than six months and finally deleted. Furthermore, you consent to bellybutton transmitting personal data relating to any conduct in contravention of the contract (e.g. card abuse, filings for service of a payment order for undisputed claims), only insofar as required for safeguarding bellybutton’s legitimate interests and as your protected interests are not adversely affected.
