Using customer data / credit assessment

Your customer data will be processed and used by bellybutton for the purpose of processing orders and payment procedures. We also use your data to communicate with you regarding your orders, in order to update our data sets and to maintain your customer’s accounts with us. We will only use your data for providing information on similar bellybutton products with your explicit consent.

By ordering from bellybutton, you consent to your personal data (name, address, date of birth) being transferred to Infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstr. 99, 76532 Baden-Baden and INFORMA Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Freiburger Str. 7, 75179 Pforzheim, for purposes of conduction credit assessments based on mathematical-statistical procedures. The ordering party hereby waives its right to be informed by bellybutton of any data transmission.

You may request to be informed of your registered data and to demand that it be rectified, banned, or deleted in accordance with the German data protection act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) free of charge. For our detailed data protection policy please refer to data protection.
