Consumer’s right of cancellation

1. Returns from Germany or Austria

As a consumer, you can revoke your order within a 14 day period in text form (e.g. letter, facsimile, email), or – if the item is delivered to you prior to the end of the period – by sending the item back. The notice of revocation shall be addressed to:

If you would like to do us a favour, please use the receipt of returns attached to your supply and already franked by us. Nevertheless, the use of this document is not a precondition for the exercise of your right of cancellation.

The amounts already paid (purchase price and postage) are compensated immediately upon receipt of your return and credited to your account. (Postage is not refunded in case of part returns.)

2. Returns from abroad

As a consumer, you can cancel your order within a 14 day period without justification.

Please note: If goods are returned from abroad (with the exception of Austria), postage shall be at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to do us a favour, please use the receipt of returns attached to your supply and send the package to the address mentioned above. Nevertheless, the use of this document is not a precondition for the exercise of your right of cancellation.

Returns from abroad / contact for enquiries on returns
If goods are returned from abroad (with the exception of Austria), postage shall be at the customer’s expense.

For queries please contact our customer service centre; from Monday till Friday you can reach us from 9:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. (aside from national public holidays).
