What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can request a new password either under my bellybutton or under shoppingcart. For this, you just need to tell us your email address, so that we can send you a link, where you can set up your new password.
Or you can call our bellybutton Customer Centre. They will send you an email with an automatically generated password.

For queries please contact our customer service centre from Monday till Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. (aside from national public holidays).

Where can I change my delivery address?

If your general delivery address has changed, you can adjust this by clicking on shoppingcart and Register & Check out. At the check out page, you can enter a new invoice / delivery address under "Change address”. Notice that it is not possible to assign two different addresses for billing and shipping.

Please note: For ongoing orders, the delivery address cannot be changed.
